Product Description
a) Reinforced nylon body, withstand temperature from -20℃ to 80℃. The steel shackle is chrome plated; withstand temperature from -20℃ to 120℃, ensuring the strength and deformation fracture not easily.
b) Key Retaining Feature: When the shackle is open, the key can’t be removed.

Details
1. Good material: Non- conductive PA lock body, using intergrated lock shell design, more durable withstand temperature from -20℃ to 177℃, shock resistance.
2. Anti- side pressure lock shackle: 6mm lock shackle, after rotating to the side, the lock shackle can not be pressed down to prevent false locking and leave hidden dangers to prevent misoperation.
3. Key retaining cylinder: commonly use 12-pin zinc alloy lock cylinder, which can achieve more than 40,000 locks withour mutual opening. Copper/zinc alloy lock cylinders can be customized according to managements requirements. Th elock cylinder has the key retention feature, and the key cannot be removed when the padlock is opened, preventing the key from being lost on site and ensuring the safety of the equipment.
