Valve lock is the core equipment in the industrial safety lock out/Tagout (LOTO) system, designed specifically for isolating energy sources such as gases, liquids, steam, etc. It physically locks the valve operating mechanism to prevent equipment from being accidentally opened during maintenance, repair, or emergency situations, ensuring the safety of operators and complying with international safety standards such as OSHA.

Lock body: Made of high-strength engineering plastics (ABS/nylon), corrosion-resistant and impact resistant, suitable for extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 120 ℃.

Locking structure: Adjustable ratchet or buckle ring design, suitable for valve handwheels of different sizes (common diameter 25mm-635mm).

Label hanging hole: integrated warning label slot, clearly indicating the locking personnel, time, and reason.

Accessories: Comes standard with multi size safety locks (can be paired with padlocks or password locks), buckle locks, warning labels, and portable storage bags.
